i'm trying to power my two alpine type e subs with an alpine mrv t500 amp which is an older amp but should work power ratings seem to be all good though(running on dynamic power 14v). the amp powers up and everthying but doesn't make the subs thump at all. it's all hooked up all getting power and is hooked up to the head unit but still no sound. i was wondering if it had something to do with the settings on the side of the amp(phase, input mode, filter, crossover, gain. i not try sure if i should hook it up briged or two seperate channels but i'm thinking more towards to seperate channels do to the ohms stability rating when briged
Actualización:nope no sound coming outta the subs

Too much amp for them subs. Look at a 800w at 2ohm amp, that will be plenty of wattage for them two subs. The 1500w amp your wasting about 800w that won't be used and it costs a lot of money.
