Are these COVID symptoms normal  ?

Just wanna see if this is normal. I started with covid symptoms on Tuesday the 5th with mild fever and body aches and that continue til Wednesday. Thursday all day I felt fine I even ate Taco Bell. Friday I got my results back that I was positive but again I felt fine like I wasn’t sick later that night I lost my sense of smell and taste. Saturday my nose was really congested and Sunday I started back with low grade fever and it’s been going on nonstop since then. Is it normal for the fever to last this long? Usually at night time is where I notice it spiked to around 101 and then that’s when I take some Tylenol. I feel pretty good for the most part I suffer from anxiety so I’m always worried Its gonna take a turn for the worst. If I can deal with mild fever should I not take any medicine ? I’ve been drinking a lot of ginger tea and herbal stuff. I’m doing breathing breathing exercises and my lungs hurt when I take a deep breath. Is that normal as well. My SPO2 is always above 95. How long more you think this misery will last??
