I've searched the web in hopes of finding information about "Reason 433" but can't find anything. I've got two laptops and one of them is able to connect via VPN version 4.8.02.0010 and the other cannot. There is absolutely no difference between the two laptops. What does "Reason 433" really mean? I don't even know where to look for potential solutions. Thank you!

You can get this error in two ways. One, you may be running at older VPN client. But, I see that you are running 4.8, so that should be fine. Two, you probably are using NAT overload/PAT on your network that you are trying to VPN into. Enable Transparent Tunneling on your VPN device to accept either IPSec over UDP or IPSec over TCP (if it is supported). If this is on a Cisco router device that supports NAT-T enter "isakmp nat-t" update your VPN client for Transparent Tunneling and you should be ok.
