I just got an email from paypal today saying that I sent a payment of $32 to eBay seller fees and reimbursements. I did not authorize this transaction and I've only sold one thing recently for $20 and it didn't say that it was because they wanted a refund. Is there any way I can get my money back I barely even sell anything on eBay so I don't know why they took this money.

You need to have a look at your account and the fees will be broken down there. If there was a dispute raised by a buyer and ebay found in their favour then they will reimburse them. ebay/Paypal can take money and withold money and often do. If you not convinced i would either email or call them, I have had issues in the past and to be fair to them their phone support was very good.

it's the 99p listing fee which is free. You still pay final value fees FVFs and (where applicable) refunds & fees for refunds.
