Ignore everyone telling you you cant do it. I'm 50 too! I use a Sony A816 mp3 player and my music come from my own cds i've loaded into my computer and then the rest is from Limewire free site. Technically you shouldn't use it - but everyone mostly does - or why would it be available???? I've not had any problems with it and most of my mp3 is from here.
