I can run really fast but I get tired so quickly and will have to pause a million times for water. I don't like running on a treadmill so I can't have water on me all the time. How I can improve those habits? I wanna be able to run a good 30 minutes ipwithout getting super tired and thirsty. I kno I have to practice, but what are the right ways to do so?

bottled water is specifically bottled in a slim bottle so it easier the carry. it has a retractable drinking spout so it can be drunk whilst moving.
I know it's awkward at first (we've all been there) carry it half full until you get used to it (60 days).
Drink plenty of water before your run. it takes 30 minutes to get through your body before it helps you.
On the run drink approx 50ml every 5 Min's to keep your Fluid level topped-up.
www.runengland.org search for a local running group in your area, meet new friends for have the same aims as you and please enjoy yourself!
be patient, when running you should be able to carry on a conversation, slow down and as your fitness improves you will find it easier to run faster (all at conversational speed)
Good luck!
Hmm.. I consistently run with out an ipod. What rationale are you walking the mile for? Is it for amusement or are you aiming to conclude first? If you're walking it for amusement, and all you wish to do is to entire the mile; then having an ipod on might be quality for you:) However, if you're walking the mile as a race, then my recommendation might be nor to make use of it. You might get over excited with it and it should have an effect on your run. If I run a mile for a race, I run and I simply seem directly forward. All i suppose approximately is my respiring, nevertheless just lately I have mechanically began counting my steps..unusual huh? haha But if this can be a race, the Ipod might be quality to get you going earlier than the race. well good fortune!
Make sure you drink enough water before your run and walk fast when your get tired until you can run the full half hour. Drink enough water that you can feel purity in your system but not too much to overload your bladder.
you might be a sprinter but not a distance runner but if you want to improve then i recommend that you go to a park and run for ten min without stopping. when you get to that goal keep moving forward. raise your time by 5 min. but try to not get water because then every time you tired and thirsty your going to stop to get a drink. so go somewhere and run outside.
