The Radeon HD 5450 is better, it's a low-end standalone card. Intel's HD Graphics 2000 is just an integrated GPU built-in to Core i3/i5 processors, not even a real card.

But neither are good choices for gaming. The Radeon HD 5450 is just a cheap, slow card designed for everyday work and watching movies. It's ok for easier games on small monitors (1280x1024 or lower resolution) but that's about it. And for about the same price, the Radeon HD 6450 is a better low-cost option.

You'll want at LEAST a Radeon HD 5570 or GeForce GT 430 for playing games on medium settings.

Definitely go for Radeon HD5450, as discrete graphics cards performs much better than on board graphics. Intel HD graphics are just basic high definition graphics that's suitable for light usage only.

If you are serious about gaming or other graphic intensive activities, choosing a discrete graphics card is a better option. On board graphics stands nowhere when compared to discrete graphic cards.

HD 5450, the difference between these is large. This will play most games at low settings.

The ATI card, by far.

Unless you want serious lag never use an Intel graphics card. The ATI one will outperform that piece of crap anyday.
