She won't be in legal trouble, but I'm worried what will happen to her family. I heard at one point the CPS (you know, the baby snatchers) were involved already, and that's never good. BTW, would you mind posting a link or more information about this "third circuit law"? I'm curious what you're referring to specifically. Because my understanding is that is that the requirements for something being called child porn are more specific than just "sexual connotation". Which is probably why CNN felt confident to show it.
Most of her stuff has been deleted from the internet the only stuff left is maybe that video that started it all just because alot of people downloaded it
