okay so i recently bought the game dragon age:origins and i love it, its super funnn. i made my first character(dalish elf rogue) but i decided to start over cuz i messed up on choosing talents etc. now im on a level 5 or 6 human mage and i have to say, a mage is fun to play. this time i got the dog and i recently got sten(not sure if thats his name. the qunari guy in lothering u take out of the prison cage as your comrade). i wanted to ask which one should i use and level up cuz im not switching out morigan or alistair... so its the dog or sten, which one is better for now in low levels and later on when we level up...

(also i noticed on the inventory screen for the dog, theres a slot for a collar and another slot... is that other slot dog armour? and if so thats insanely kool and where and when do i get?)
