"Windows 8.1 Build 9600(?)" Issues?
*I am not good with this stuff" Hi, I am having some issues with my laptop. It was having issues and I was forced to reset to factory defaults (but keep user files) because it would not install updates properly. It would say "error C01A001D applying update operation 58380 of 128962 (\Reg...)" and it would freeze. And now, It shows "windows 8.1 build 9600" in the corner. The Windows Tiles won t show up. I can still use it but I am not Tech Savvy and do not know what I am doing. Please help. * I bought this computer used and I have no Windows discs **
Actualización:It is missing files and sometimes when i click on things it says "explorer.exe" and then something like "can't open" or something like that.

You should reinstall your Windows 8.1. You can keep your files if you like, or you could make a backup on a USB drive or other hard drive. Reset Windows via Start -> Settings -> Update and Security and Reset Windows. When it finishes make sure you're connected to the internet and check for updates manually in Update and Security. Install them and restart.
