I'm not sure any mapping software is going to be that accurate. A map isn't going to know who a person is because it happened to capture them. There might not be a way to find out who the technicians were unless the company that installed it keeps records that far back, which they may not unless you were the owner of that same home at the time and have the same account. It's possible the only people who can give you this kind of information for you (and if their policies allow them to share that information) if the dish network company that handled the account at that time. if there's some sort of legal or insurance issue going on a lawyer may be able to get that kind of info for you, but a mapping software is very highly unlikely not capable of it no matter how good it is. Maps don't ID people.
