ANYTHING might be 'fattening' (cause weight gain) if consumed to excess. Fried chicken is typically high in calories due to the breading on it, and the oil in which it is fried, not to mention it's often fried in oil that isn't considered a healthy fat (e.g. vegetable oil).

-- Yes, fried chicken is fattening (note the spelling) because of the oil being used. It is even more fattening if the skin is left on.
-- It is better to eat chicken. without the skin, that is dry baked in an oven with no oil, or is spit-roasted or cooked on a BBQ.
Fried chicken is fatting. Chicken is really good for health because contain a good number of protein.
Only if you have it a lot, everything in moderation. However, I like chicken baked it’s healthier and still crispy
