Name of song/artist in music video with two girls spanking people?

I'm searching for a song but i don't remember the name of who sings it.
All i remember is the music video.
I've seen this video in the 90's or early 2000's i think, and it was a club/dance/electro-pop sort of song in that period. I have a feeling the artist is British.
The video features two girls dressed all proper, sitting in a room and sipping tea. The had short lacy white gloves on their hands while holding the tea cups.
And then random people lay on their laps and the spank them. They spank old men, women etc. to the rhythm of the song.
The also look like they are singing the chorus.
Anyone have any idea what the name of the song or artist might be?

Actualización:Nope. it's not the Watson Twins. The girls in the video were blondes.

As has already been said, the song is "Hear My Name" by Armand Van Helden. The video has certainly made the rounds, particularly among those interested in adult consensual spanking. The image of these girls spanking dozens of people, with the line running out the door of the mansion where the video was shot, sticks in my head. I can't say that I cared for seeing guys getting spanked, but the girls getting spanked were hot.
