I have no problem logging on to my Netflix account, but when I click on "Your Account & Help" I get this error message:
"Netflix Site Error. We were unable to process your request. Please go to the Netflix home page by clicking the button below"
I just created this account a few days ago, and have had this message from the very beginning; I've never been able to access this section at all. I can't even enter my Wii activation code to start watching with that device! I suppose this is also the section that I need to access if I want to cancel Netflix too. I've tried on 2 different computers, used Firefox, Explorer, and Chrome and nothing lets me in to "Your Account & Help".
Anyone else dealing with the same issue? What is the problem here? Is it my computers? Or is Netflix down? What is it??

If you still cannot get to this portion of their site I would recommend giving them a call. Their helpline is pretty good (granted I only used it for bill support)
